Il se trouve que certains fournisseurs d'accès bloquent les pièces jointes comportant l'extension .key ou .reg, exemple :

1) Close all running copies of PicturesToExe.
2) Save attached file with you license key to any folder.
3) Start PicturesToExe.

Dans ce cas vous devez créer avec le bloc note 2 fichiers tels que définis plus haut, avec pour première ligne "REGEDIT4" suivi du texte envoyé par WnSoft.
Sauvegardez chacun des 2 fichiers sous un nom de votre choix, par exemple PTE_vos_initiales_reg.key et VideoBuilder_vos_initiales_reg.key dans le répertoire de votre choix (par défaut PTE ira chercher dans "Mes Documents").
Une fois les fichiers créés, vous pouvez installer PTE et/ou ViddeoBuilder et installer la clé.
Pensez surtout à faire une copie de ces clés et les mettre sur un support autre que votre ordinateur, ce sera très utile en cas d'accident.
Dernier point lorsque vous avez acheté PTE il y a plusieurs années et que vous avez perdu la clé, vous pouvez demander à Wnsoft qu'il vous renvoie votre clé, cela à condition que votre adresse email soit la même qu'au moment de l'achat.
